Customers have two options sites to make a payment on their water account.

  1.  Web-Based Billing System Consumer Portal 
  2.  NexBillPay automated payment service site  

All electronic payments (online or phone) are processed by NexBillPay

Nexbillpay charges a service fee for each transaction. Nexbillpay is a separate entity providing an online payment service for customers of Apple Valley Foothill County Water District; Apple Valley Foothill County Water District does not keep any part of the Nexbillpay service fee.
