RE: IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING BILLING AND COLLECTIONS

Dear Customer,

We are writing to provide a formal update regarding our billing policies. Please be advised that monthly invoices are considered late if payment is not received by the 26th of each month. Beginning in January 2026, we will strictly enforce all collection procedures. This includes the application of:

• Late Fees: Applied to any balance remaining after the 26th.
• Administrative Fees: Charges associated with the delivery of yellow door tags.
• Water Shut-Off Procedures: Commencement of service disconnection for nonpayment.

To ensure your account remains in good standing and avoid service interruptions or additional costs, please ensure your water payments are received by the district office before the 26th. You may manage your account or set up automatic payments through our Online Billing Portal.
